Community Development Support Expenditure
Funding Priorities
- Projects that provide support for the seven mandatory target groups
as identified in Bega Valley Shire Council's Social Plan 2006-2011
including:
- children
- young people
- older people
- aboriginal community
- people with a disability
- women
- culturally and linguistically diverse community
- Projects that strengthen and coordinate the work of non
profit community organisations in the shire.
- Projects that assist with the provision of and access to affordable
housing and accommodation.
- Projects that target problem gambling treatment, support and
prevention activities.
- Projects that encourage healthy, sustainable communities.
- Projects that assist with the provision of crime prevention
initiatives.
The Committee will give priority to organisations that haven't received
funding in prior rounds. |
