Application Process and Timetable

2009 CDSE Timetable

CDSE Scheme commences for 2009

16 March 2009

Distribution of CDSE information by CDSE Convenor, includes mail out and responses to inquiries

March-April 2009

Closing date for CDSE applications

24 April 2009

Formal letters of offer to successful applicants and letters to unsuccessful applicants

July-August 2009

Written reports sought from projects funded in 2008

August 2009

Cheque Presentation Event

Late August 2009

Application Process

Applications for the 2009 granting round are being called for from March 16 and close on April 24, 2009. Advertisements will be placed in all local papers in March 2009 notifying residents of the application process. Category 1 applications received outside the annual granting round will not be considered.

Applicants in receipt of funding from the 2008 granting round must report their spending of the previous years monies by April 24, 2009 before an application for 2009 will be considered.

Projects up to the value of $10,000 will be considered.

All applications using the 2009 Application Form should be forwarded to the Bega Valley CDSE Committee Convenor, Bega Valley Shire Council, PO Box 492, Bega NSW 2550.
