We are a registered provider. Country n Coast Disability Services are there for the client and are expanding our services. We can provide assistance in complting the documentation for your first plan and getting on the NIDA system, we will help you understand your plan and have the availability to provide quality in home supports, community access, support coordination, SIL,ILO and respite/STA/MTA. We are a registered provider, and our aid is to assist those who are in communities of isolation or services. Currently we are providing services to Wangarratta, Berrigan, Albury, Wagga Wagga & Henty.. We have a mobile office space and appointments can be arranged for us to come to you. understanding your plan or you need services and supports
We have Support Coordination, In Home Support and Community Access, SIL (Supported Independent Living) and ILO (Independent Living Option), Respite options.
