Vandalism of Bermagui toilets

The Bermagui Surf Club toilets have been vandalised on a regular basis.

Tuesday 12 July 2016

The Bermagui Surf Club toilets have been vandalised on a regular basis.

These acts have been particularly disgusting and unnecessary and are a danger to both public health and the health of Council staff engaged in daily cleaning duties.

Should this continue, the facility will be closed during evenings, weekends and holiday periods, as we cannot guarantee cleanliness or safety for users.

Local Police have been informed and asked to closely monitor the area.

Council urges anyone who intends to commit damage to public assets to please consider that their actions may affect other users and the Community in the long term, with possible closures of facilities.

For further information please contact on 02 6499 2222.
