About the Tura Marrang Library

The word “Marrang” is the Indigenous word for “beach” or “sand”.

Tura Marrang Library and Community Centre will offer a full service library, including a wide range of programs tailored to community needs. The Centre will also offer two bookable spaces for local organisations and community groups to use.

Bega Valley Shire Council is committed to delivering quality library services residents and communities across the Shire. Library services are vital to the community, providing essential services and facilities and creating a centrepiece for community hubs.

The Library Portal (located in the Bega Valley Regional Learning Centre) will continue to provide a selection of services to residents including a reserve and pickup/drop off service, free Wi-Fi and computer access, printing services as well as a reading and study space.
