Work will be continuing at Kiss’ Lagoon commencing Monday 12 October 2015.
The works will be taking place on the western foreshore of the lagoon and will include removing and chipping the remnant dead willow trees along the lagoon bank. The mature Plane trees will be retained.
Bega Valley Shire Council asks that the public stay clear of the area while the works are taking place.
A native revegetation plan has been developed and planting is due to commence in early autumn 2016.
Council has secured addition funding to continue to works onto Kiss’ South Lagoon which is planned for 2016.
