Bega Valley Shire Council contractors have begun work at the Pambula River Mouth Park to construct an accessible parking bay and provide a path to the new toilets that were opened last December.
The works will improve accessibility to the toilets at this challenging site.
Other minor works will include adjustments to improve emergency access to the beach and stormwater arrangements. The work is expected to be completed by early September.
Council staff will undertake line marking to improve car parking on completion of these works.
The work is expected to be completed by early September 2016.
