Bega Valley Shire Library is partnering with CoWS and IntoIT Sapphire Coast to bring award winning instrument builder, Derek Crannaford to Bega for a beginners DIY Synthesiser Workshop.

The workshop will be held on Saturday 12 March at Bega library from 10am-3pm.

It’s an introduction to the Arduino system, an open source combination of hardware and software that anyone can use.

By the end of the workshop participants will have a functioning mini-synthesiser as well as the knowledge to keep building on it.

The workshop is strictly limited to eight people and costs $35 per person for materials. Participants must be at least 16 years old and are asked to pay on the day in cash. Please bring your own refreshments.
