Resourcing Strategy
The Resourcing Strategy is comprised of the Long Term Financial Plan, Workforce Strategy, Digital Strategy and Strategic Asset Management Plan.
Council’s Resourcing Strategy supports the Community Strategic Plan 2042. Where the CSP provides a vehicle for expressing long-term community aspirations, the Resourcing Strategy details how Council can help achieve these in terms of time, money, assets and people. The Resourcing Strategy is comprised of the:
