Online Application Tracker

Bega Valley Shire Council is reminding people about an online Application Tracker, allowing customers and applicants to track their Development Applications or Complying Development Certificates during the assessment process.

Wednesday 10 August 2016

Bega Valley Shire Council is reminding people about an online Application Tracker, allowing customers and applicants to track their Development Applications or Complying Development Certificates during the assessment process.

The Application Tracker enables people to check the progress of their application 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without having to telephone or visit Council.

Application Tracker is also useful for property owners and residents to view and comment on development proposals that may adjoin their property or are of interest to them.

Council’s notification policy specifies when adjoining property owners and occupants are notified about a development proposal, a letter is sent with a description of the proposal, along with a plan showing any proposed building work, depicting its height, external configuration and siting.

Paper copies of applications are no longer available at libraries as all information is available on Application Tracker.

If you don’t have access to the internet, you can visit one of Council’s libraries to view this information on a public computer.

Submissions to applications can also be made online through the Application Tracker.
