Development Proposal - North Bega - DA 2024.55
An application has been received to develop land at Ridge Street, North Bega for the purpose of subdivision to create First Title.
Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:
- DA No.: 2024.55
- Applicant: TA Project Services
- Consent Authority: Bega Valley Shire Council
- Description of Land:Lot: Council public road reserve being part Ridge Street, North Bega (adjoining Lot 1 DP 1264640)
- Description of Proposal: Subdivision to create First Title (section of Ridge Street, North Bega)
- Responsible Council Officer: P Morey
The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 28 days from 3 April 2024 to 2 May 2024 (excluding Public Holidays).
Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009, copies of your submission can be made publicly available. You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. Submissions that do not contain the author’s name and address may not be considered, as we will be unable to validate their authenticity.
