Your library offers you

• A large collection of books (also large print in both fiction and non-fiction) along with Videos, CDs, DVDs, Talking books, Lanquage cassettes, CD-ROMs, Magazines, Children's books, Toys, puzzles, Pamphlets, daily & local newspapers.

• We also provide a photocopying and fax services and free internet to our members.

  This popular resource is available at any of our libraries. It provides instant access to a wide range of unique resources for genealogical and historical research.  more »»»

Membership - Membership is FREE to all who live, work or attend school within the Shire. Membership is available to visitors who can provide proof of ID.

Loans - 20 items per card may be borrowed for three weeks except
DVDs - 2 items per card for 1 week
Videos - 5 items per card for 1 week
CD's - 5 items per card for 3 weeks
Talking Books - 3 items per card for 3 weeks

Renewals - To renew your items go to Search the Catalogue and then go to  Member Services on left hand side of the screen.

To avoid overdue fines, items may be renewed either by phoning, via the internet, or in person at any library just by quoting your library member barcode number. It is not necessary to bring the item with you.

Search the Catalogue - you can search our online catalogue and reserve books for pick up at any of our branches.

Please Note:  The Library catalogue will not be available between midnight to 1 am each day due to system back ups being carried out during this time.

Request a book - If you would like to share a favourite book with others and the library does not have it, put in a request that we purchase iit.

Lost Items - Lost library cards may be replaced at a cost of $3.30 each. Full replacement costs will be charged for lost or damaged items.

  Members of the library can now improve there computer program skills by visiting the computerschool.net
  

• Legal Information Access Centre (LIAC) - includes plain language books about various aspects of Australian Law. Includes a series on topical issues and a range of free pamphlets.

• Books in other languages - these are available through the State Library of NSW.

• Local and Family History - Our collection includes books, newspapers, microfilm, fiche, CD-ROMS and a reference service.

• Inter Library loans - there is a non-refundable charge.
