In regional and rural areas, where access to services can often be limited, personalised and responsive NDIS support is more important that even.  Since 2020, Boomaroo has proudly supported participants and their families with a clear purpose: to provide plan management that is transparent, compassionate, and truly participant-focused.
At Boomaroo, out motto - "Assisting others inspires us" - is more than just words. Every day, we help participants navigate the complexities of the NDIS with confidence, dignity, and independence.
We understand that for many, especially those new to the scheme, the NDIS can be overwhelming.  Our role is to simplify the process - translating complex funding language into everyday terms, ensuring providers are paid promptly, and helping participants stay on top of their budgets with easy.  But beyond the paperwork it's about people.  We listen.  We care.  And we tailor our support to following each participants unique NDIS Plan.

Our growing team brings together years of experience across both the disability and financial sectors.  We pride ourselves on delivering accurate, timely, and friendly service - and we've built a reputation for our fast turnaround times and clear, honest communication.

In response to growing demand for flexible, participant-led services - especially in smaller communities - we've also invested in enhanced reporting tools.  These improvements give participants even more control and visibility over their plans, helping them make informed decisions and achieve better outcomes.
