From 1 August, Bega Valley Shire Council residents will access waste and recycling information through the new LoopedIn Councils app.
The current Bega Valley Waste App is changing platforms, with the app developers moving services to LoopedIn Councils. To continue receiving bin collection reminders, waste vouchers, and recycling information, residents will need to download the new app.
Download the app from the 1 August and stay in the loop with your local waste and recycling services.

Residents currently using the Bega Valley Waste App will need to download the new LoopedIn Councils app from 1 August to continue accessing waste and recycling services.

To access your waste vouchers and personalised services, you will also need to enter your property address and assessment number during setup.
A. No, the Waste and Recycling app is FREE.
A. The existing Bega Valley Waste App is being phased out and will no longer function from the 1 August. Residents are encouraged to download and set up the new LoopedIn Councils app from the 1 August.
A. Yes. To receive important service updates and notifications, simply enable push notifications when setting up the app.
A. Residents who do not wish to download the app can still access and download their free waste vouchers through Council’s website.
