Building Inspections (Residential)

Book your building inspection online.

Before you book your inspection please note:

  • Bega Valley Shire Council does not conduct building inspections on weekends or public holidays
  • For all Industrial and Commercial Inspection bookings please call 0488 709 911
  • Inspections require 48 hours’ notice
  • For inspections outside of the minimum 48 hours, or if you have a special request for a building inspection, please contact Council’s Inspection Bookings team on 0488 709 911 – do not proceed with this online booking.
  • If you need help in booking your inspections online or to cancel or change a booking, please contact our dedicated Inspections line on 0488 709 911

For Onsite Sewerage Management (OSM) inspections please complete the OSM Inspection form(PDF, 843KB) and submit via email to council@begavalley.nsw.gov.au for payment and booking.
