This form is to be completed by the property owner for the purpose of requesting a refund, where credit is available on a rates, water or debtor account.
When purchasing a property the purchaser, solicitor or real estate agent can apply for a Section 603 Certificate which states the amount (if any) due or payable to Council, by way of rates, water, charges or otherwise, in respect of a parcel of land.
