These documents set out BVSCs standards for the design and construction of subdivisions and public assets required/ proposed as part of infill development.

On 15 July 2026 Council resolved to adopt the Comprehensive DCP Review Stage 1 amendments, to come into effect and apply to development applications lodged from the 15 September 2026.

Water and Sewer Standards

Bega Valley Shire Council has adopted the Water Services Association of Australia (WSAA) codes for development design and construction specification of water and sewer assets, with some local variations.
