Project background
Council staff have commenced a thorough review of DCP 2013. The project, known as the Comprehensive Development Control Plan Review (the DCP Review) consists of four stages and will result in a whole new DCP with the name reflecting the year of completion.
Each stage will be presented to Council on completion of the drafts, seeking a resolution for public exhibition. Following public exhibition, any feedback and proposed amendments will be reported back to Council for adoption, with each stage coming into effect once adopted by Council. Once all stages of the review are completed, the DCP will be renamed to reflect the year of completion.
After each stage is adopted, it’s use will be monitored for any required amendments.
