Bega Valley Shire Council will be undertaking essential water service replacement works in Bega on:
Dates: Tuesday 3 March and Wednesday 4 March (night works)
Time: 9.00pm to 4.00am
Location: Auckland Street, Bega (Carp Street to Bega Street) and Lucas Lane, Bega.
Water supply interruptions will be intermittent during these times while works are carried out.
All affected properties are being notified via letterbox drop.
Some sections of the road will close intermittently during the works. Traffic control will be in place during this time.
When the water supply is restored, customers are advised to run taps for approximately one minute to clear any air from the pipes.
Council appreciates the community’s patience and understanding while these important upgrades are completed.
