Directions Health Services is a not-for profit organisation that provides a range of free, integrated services and programs for individuals, family members and friends impacted by alcohol, tobacco and other drug use, mental health and other complex health issues in the Bega Valley.
Services available in the Bega Valley include the Sapphire Health and Wellbeing Service and the Bega Mental Health Hub. Support is available to people of all ages. We provide outreach services in Eden (Mon-Fri), Cobargo (Mon & Tues), Bermagui (Fri) and Wallaga Lake (Thursday).
