Beloved by local and regional communities as an iconic music and performance venue for over 125 years by supporting local and regional Communities social and cultural health, the Murrah Hall is a volunteer-run community hall administered by the Murrah Hall Preservation Association Inc. on behalf of the Bega Valley Shire Council,

The Murrah Hall features:

Hall Indoors

  • Acoustically tuned hall space featuring safe, clean, reverb-free sound100% lighting coverage

  • Large onstage pull down screen for presentations & meetings (no projector)
  • A secure dressing room with onstage/rear of hall access
  • Dance music events have chairs located between Hall and Cantina, outside, for a circulating audience of up to 250
  • 80 stackable chairs, 6 large tables & assorted smaller ones
  • Semicommercial equipped Kitchen with mugs, cutlery, crockery & commercial catering pots, saucepans & equipment
  • Commercial urn

250 seat outdoor Amphitheatre with power, sound & lighting outlets

16 portable 2 metre X 1 metre staging units (adjustable legs), safety railings & stairs

BBQ/Cantina servery (BBQ plate, fridge, benches)

  • Disabled access: hall ramp and toilet
