North of Eden is an award-winning distillery located in the rolling hills of the NSW Sapphire Coast, 10km north of Bega.

The distillery is open to the public for bottle sales and tastings (please check Google for the latest opening hours). At the weekend, the distillery opens its cellar door bar where visitors can enjoy sensational cocktails in an unforgettable and unique farm setting complete with resident highland cows.

The distillery also offers Gin School experiences, run by the master distiller.

Recognised for its pioneering use of locally grown ingredients, including Australian grown juniper, North of Eden is the first distillery in Australia to use only Australian grown juniper in its core gin range and the first distillery in the world to win an international gold medal for gin made on Aussie juniper. It was also the first distillery in Australia to make an Oyster Shell gin.

As well as its core gin and vodka range, North of Eden also makes limited edition and seasonal releases, including limoncello, absinthe, and whisky for dark spirit fans.
